    Sessions or Training During Covid:
    Masks, hand sanitizer, and temperature checks are required for in person sessions or training. We respect physical distance and ask that if you are not feeling well, have symptoms or have tested positive, have been exposed to someone who has symptoms or has tested positive, please reschedule your appointment, or opt for an online option. We have offered online sessions and training options for years that have allowed our clients to continue their training in the comfort of their own homes, while dramatically transforming their lives! We will continue to follow recommended/ required protocols to ensure our staff and our clients remain in good health. BONUS: If you attend training online during this time, you are welcome to re-attend the same training in person for free.
